Step 2: Below the source's menus, choose between two Audio Presets: Voice or Music / Game.

Use these to optimize your audio settings according to your input type.

Step 3: Click on the drop-down Customize Audio Settings menu you can toggle on or off three audio settings: Echo Cancelling, Noise Suppression, and Auto-Gain Control.

  • Echo Cancelling: When toggled on, echo is reduced by preventing speaker noise being picked up by your microphone. If enabled, audio will be down-mixed to mono.
  • Noise Suppression: When toggled on, this automatically filters audio to remove background noise, humming caused by equipment, and things of that likeness. If Auto-Gain Control is turned on, this setting should also be enabled.
  • Auto-Gain Control: When toggled on, your volume will be automatically adjusted to maintain a steady overall volume level. If Noise Suppression is turned on, this setting should also be enabled.
